二 | 公司拟每10股派发现金红利2.65元(含税)。报告期内，公司试剂销售仍然受到集采、医保控费、付费方式改革等因素影响价格下行，子公司中山海济生长激素产品受医保覆盖范围扩大及产品降价影响，叠加体外诊断行业自产检测试剂产品增值税税率由3%上调至13%，对公司利润产生了较大影响。
三 | 此外，公司加大仪器战略投入、研发创新及产业并购整合力度，相关投入的增加短期内摊薄了利润。
四 | 。 New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath will attend the last rites ceremony of Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav at his native village Saifai, the party said.
Mulayam Singh passed away on Monday at a hospital in Gurugram after prolonged illness. He had been hospitalised since August.
The 82-year-old was a 10 time MLA and seven times MP. He was thrice the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state of India which sends maximum number of MPs to the Lok Sabha.
He also served as a the defence minister.
His last rites will be performed in Saifai on Tuesday.
